Introduction
Alysis Interactive Corporation was incorporated in 1996 to pursue the development of entertainment and Internet
software. The company is a certified developer for the Sony Playstation and Nintendo 64 as well as a Universal
subscriber to Microsoft's Developer Network.
Alysis has developed two major projects to date: Project Vertigo is a real-time 3D skateboarding game prototype
and design. Project Keyosk is a point-of-sale Internet kiosk, which was successfully launched in late 1997.
Alysis Interactive Corporation is currently undertaking new projects based on its strong base of technology and
