Project Keyosk:
Internet
Point-of-Sale
Kiosk

Overview

Project Keyosk is Alysis Interactive Corporation's second endeavor.  The company developed an Internet point-of-sale (POS) kiosk for Keyosk Corporation.  The kiosk allows users to browse information and make purchases of tickets for events, attractions and travel using their credit card.

Alysis was responsible for almost every aspect of the project, from the technical design of the system to the integration of the software andhardware components, to the coordination of efforts between other contractors, to the development of the proprietary software which makes the kiosks work.

Alysis did almost all of the creative design for the project, including the kiosk's extensive content.  Alysis created the company logo and the name, Keyosk.

Project Keyosk reaffirmed Alysis Interactive Corporation's ability to deliver high-technology software and artistic content on-time and within budget.  As of February 1, 1998, the first eight units were on the streets in Hawaii, issuing tickets to customers.
